A Week of Magic at La Petite Ecole Hanoi's October Camp

Since 26 October, La Petite Ecole Hanoi has been transformed into a little school of magic for October Camp 2026.

Inspired by the world of Harry Potter and the spirit of Halloween, the first week has taken children into a world of wizards, magical creatures and enchanting stories. With programmes designed for different age groups, children have been enjoying the adventure through Mini Wizards, Magical Explorers and French Spellcasters.

Throughout the week, they have listened to fairy tales and stories about witches and wizardry, taken part in themed games and discovered new English and French vocabulary related to magic, spells and the wizarding world. It has been a lovely way to bring language learning into their daily activities while giving their imagination plenty of room to grow.

There is much more to October Camp than magic lessons! Mornings are dedicated to each group’s main programme, while afternoons bring a different selection of activities.

At Magic Sporty, children head outdoors to get active through sports such as football and climbing.

Enchanted Theatre also gives them a chance to explore the world of performance and artistic expression. Alongside these programmes, special afternoon workshops in dance, art, gardening and cooking offer plenty of opportunities to try something new.

Whether moving, creating or experimenting, children get to develop different skills while enjoying time with their friends. And the adventure is not over just yet!
