An International Celebration
From May 12 to 16, 2025, La Petite Ecole Hanoi, a French international school in Hanoi, proudly joins the Odyssey International Days, a unique annual event bringing together 13 schools from the Odyssey Education group across 12 countries. This celebration highlights the cultural, linguistic, and human richness that defines our bilingual school and international pedagogy.
Collaborative, Global Project-Based Learning
The 2025 edition of Odyssey International Days is built around three major collective projects designed to promote cultural openness, cooperation, and creativity among students:

A collaborative recipe book, showcasing local culinary specialties from each country in the network.

A math puzzle booklet, written by the students themselves, based on real-life problem-solving and a fun, visual approach to math.

A shared choreography, danced by students in each school and filmed around the world—a strong symbol of unity and connection.
A Culinary Journey at Our French International School in Hanoi
At La Petite Ecole Hanoi, our students cooked and presented traditional recipes such as Vietnamese Banh Mi, Flemish meatballs, and French flognarde. All week long, our school cafeteria becomes a global food tour, serving these dishes from the recipe book. It’s a delicious way to bring cultures together and share them with our educational community.
Creative Thinking Through International Math Challenges
Our students actively participate in solving the Odyssey puzzle booklet, an engaging and collaborative activity that encourages logic, creativity, and cross-cultural learning. This project strengthens connections across the Odyssey network while reinforcing math in a meaningful, playful way.
A Global Choreography in Motion
La Petite Ecole Hanoi joined all Odyssey schools to perform and film a shared choreography. This video, featuring students from across the 12 countries, will be shared with families and school teams—reflecting the strength of our global network and our commitment to an education open to the world.
